Eight Keys is about a girl named Elise and her friend Franklin. Now that they are both in middle school, they are starting to grow apart. On top of that, Elise has a locker-buddy who squashes her lunch everyday and she is having a hard time doing her homework. And a new baby and her aunt comes to their house to stay, that doesn't make things any easier. When Elise finds a key with her name on it, her whole history starts to unfold before her. A moving story with a happy ending.
